Rob Lake Rob Lake is a Director of Orex Recruiters, a search firm specialising in sourcing retail management. Orex sources middle to senior managers and works for a number of retailers across diverse merchandise categories, geography and scale. David Jenkin David Jenkin A.M. started his retail career as a sales assistant. He has been a buyer, a store manager, an area supervisor, a merchandising executive, a state general manager and, in his 40's was appointed Regional Chief Executive and Director of The Myer Emporium Limited.  David is the author of the best selling book, "What Great Retailers Do" which outlines 50 keys that are fundamental to the success of great retailers.
Trevor Mason Trevor has over 40 years experience in the Retail Industry starting as Chief Accountant at Just Jeans with 10 shops and leaving as National Operations Manager with 400 shops operating throughout Australia and New Zealand. His responsibilities cover all aspects of the store including the design and profitability. During his time he has been part of the group that started developing Retail Tenancy legislation and was part of the e-com committee of the ARA. Today Trevor runs workshops to help Small Business under the Victorian Government’s “Under New Management programs” He also has many private clients where as part of their team he mentors and helps then expand their businesses.
Jeff Rogut Jeff is the Executive Director of the ACRS, having had a career in the retail industry working with companies such as Mitre 10, Shell, 7-Eleven, Target and on the supply side with Campbell's Cash & Carry (part of the Metcash Group). Jeff's experience covers all facets of retail management with particular focus on Marketing and Buying. Jeff is passionate about developing our 'Retailers of the Future' as well as providing new skills, knowledge and vision to those Retailers seeking to improve their businesses.
