of industry relevant topics, you'll discover what other people and companies
are doing worldwide and you'll have the opportunity to meet the industry's key
decision makers.
The zones
To
help match buyers and sellers Retail Expo is organised into six exciting
product areas.
Retail Technology Zone
Technology is at the heart of retailing and the Retail Technology Zone is
at the core of the Expo. This is 2008's best venue for launching products
and services or testing out bright, innovative ideas in the marketplace.
Research tells us that this year the Retail Technology Zone will attract
increasing numbers of Retail IT Professionals, POS Specialists, Business
Analysts, CIOs and owners. These high quality visitors are looking for
sophisticated systems that integrate with the supply chain, loss prevention,
financial and back office systems. Creative technologies are also in demand,
including tools for retail design, customer service advertising and in-store
marketing.
Shopfit & Design Zone
In today's highly sophisticated, highly competitive retailing climate,
successful operators deliver a total experience for customers. And that
experience begins with store design and fit. Which is why Shopfit & Design
is not just a key focus of the exhibition, it will be one of the hottest zones
in 2008.
Security Zone
Loss prevention is a huge issue for retailers. Visitors are looking for
security suppliers and consultancy. Exhibit in this zone if you supply CCTV,
alarms, manpower and security services, perimeter security, alarms, access
controls, safes/cash in transit and electronic article surveillance.
Business Services Zone
Retailers are considerable consumers of Business Services. And, with
business owners/directors or senior managers making up 63% of our visitor pool,
the Retail Expo is a great place for you to generate real leads. Professional
services in demand will include accountancy, legal, human resources, financial
services, leasing and property, advertising, in-store marketing and supply
chain.
Signage Zone
Our visitors know that if you get the signage right, you've removed a major
barrier to sales. The Signage Zone offers a showcase for interior and exterior
signage solutions, from traditional handcrafting to electronic and retro
styles.
Green Design
New to the expo this year is our Green design area, with customers
demanding environmentally friendly stores, the green area will connect
suppliers with forward thinking retailers.
